Print Ad Sizes (all dimensions are width by height):

Pulse is a perfect bound publication.

Full Page:

• Live Area = 7" x 10"
• Trim Size = 8 3/8" x 10 7/8"
• Bleed = 8 5/8" x 11 1/8" 

Two Page Spread:

• Live Area = 14" x 10"
• Trim Size = 17" x 11"
• Bleed = at least 1/8" beyond Trim size

Half Page:

• Horizontal = 7" x 4-7/8"
• Vertical 4-5/8" x 7-1/4"

Third Page:

• Horizontal = 4-5/8" x 4-7/8"
• Vertical = 2-1/4" x 10"

Quarter Page: 3-1/2" x 4-3/4"

Sixth Page: 4-5/8" x 2-3/8"

2010 Deadlines:

Ad Submission:

Color ads must be 150 line screen. 4-color process (CMYK) separated. ISPA will not be responsible for inaccuracies in ads when neither a hard copy nor color proof has been provided.

CD:

Photoshop 5.5 or lower, Illustrator 8.0 or lower, Quark 5.0 or lower, PageMaker 7.0 or lower, or In Design CS or lower.

High-Resolution PDF:
All necessary fonts must be embedded. PDFs should be cmyk, 300 dpi, with bleed. In addition to the electronic file, we also require a laser proof on all ads and color proof for matching color.  Ads may be uploaded to the ISPA FTP site by using the following instructions:

If you are using Windows, please Zip all files before transferring. If you are using a Macintosh, please Stuff all files before sending.

Once you have uploaded the document, please e-mail a low-resolution PDF of the document to allison.johnson@ispastaff.com for proofing purposes.
