It's hard to describe what Crystal Gryniuk's day-to-day office might look like. Sometimes, it's the back lot of a major movie set, maybe a prestigious doctor's waiting room, a tiny makeup room just off a television sound stage, or at a restaurant sitting across from a celebrity.

A self-described Colorescience addict, Gryniuk joined the company 2004 as National Marketing and PR Director. Her enthusiasm for the beauty industry started much earlier.

At Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa in Dallas, Texas, as the Retail Manager and then Assistant General Manager.

From there she was recruited to the Four Seasons Resort and Club, also in Dallas, as the Assistant Spa and Salon Director.

Ready to come home to her native Southern California, as the Retail Manager position for the world-renowned Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach. It was a massive undertaking, but the first month out of the gate, they sold upwards of $95,000 in retail.

After leaving Montage, she went out on her own as a brand and merchandising consultant.
