ISPA SNAPSHOT SURVEYS

ISPA members* now have access to even more financial and industry trend information by completing ISPA Snapshot Surveys. This member benefit provides ISPA members with a unique opportunity to receive valuable data by completing these quick, monthly surveys.

Surveys are distributed the third Friday of each month and full results are only provided to those who participate. Results are sent two weeks after the survey is distributed. By investing only a few seconds of time, members can help ISPA identify their needs, monitor industry trends and access the impact of the global economic situation upon spa.

Quarterly surveys (Jan., April, July and Oct.) provide a comparative financial snapshot of the ISPA member community and allow members to compare their company's business trends to ISPA member trends, effectively adjust their current business plan and incorporate new marketing initiatives throughout the course of the year.
