LEADER'S GUIDE

These guides are the instructors manual for the course and include step-by-step instructions on how to facilitate teaching the nine workbooks.  They include overheads, additional worksheets and other materials that will help the leader (or teacher) instruct the employee.  This is the alternative to the self-taught method.   An example might be that a spa purchases this program for its front desk manager, salon manager and guest services manager.  The spa director, who has been designated as the trainer, will choose one of the two training options for the training course.  The trainer would then meet with the three managers at their designated times to review the material.  This is also an effective way to include information that is pertinent to your facility.
