SuperShuttle Arrival instructions for all 3 airports:
DCA (Reagan National Airport):
Upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counters located in Terminal B and C baggage claim area located next to doors 4 and 9. Inform the ticket agent that you have reservations you may provide the confirmation number or your name. The ticket agent will provide you with a boarding pass that will need to be given to the driver. Your expected wait time will be no more than 20 minutes before boarding the next available shuttle.
Guest that will be arriving at Terminal A should proceed outside to the SuperShuttle loading area immediately outside the Terminal A door. The Guest Service Representative will be outside on the curbside please check in with them stating that you have reservations.
IAD (Dulles International Airport):
Upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, proceed to the SuperShuttle ticket counters, located on the lower lever located at Door 2 or Door 6. Please provide your confirmation number or name and the ticket agent will provide you with a boarding pass that will need to be given to the driver. Your expected wait time will be no more than 20 minutes before boarding the next available shuttle.
BWI (Baltimore Washington International Airport):
Upon arrival at BWI after claiming your luggage, please proceed to one of the two ticket counters-both located on the lower level baggage claim area. One is near baggage claim #1(Southwest Airlines Terminal - Concourse A) and the other is near baggage claim #10(Concourse C). Please provide your confirmation number or name and the ticket agent will provide you with a boarding pass that will need to be given to the driver. Your expected wait time will be no more than 20 minutes before boarding the next available shuttle.
Execucar from the airport:
For A MEET and GREET service, the driver will meet you at baggage claim.
The driver is standing at the guest airline's baggage claim, holding a Gaylord Branded sign with your name on.
They driver will be wearing a black suit with a white shirt and a gray tie.
He will then help the guest(s) with luggage(s) and take them to their car to their final destination
Our sophisticated tracking system tells us when a flight is late, if you have reserved a sedan, it will not be dispatched until the flight arrives. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed
We are a private sedan service; you and your party will not share your ride with other passengers.
Execucar from the hotel:
For a MEET and GREET service, the driver will meet you at the Gaylord main lobby, located between Bell Services and Pose Ultra lounge.
The driver will have a branded Gaylord Sign with your name on it.
He will then help the guest(s) with luggage(s) and take them to their car to their final destination
