VOLUNTEER TASK FORCES

Task forces are formed by the chairman/president in consultation with the boards or executive committees to undertake specific charges and are usually active for a short time period.  Current task forces include:

Technology Task Force- This group will be brainstorming and working on ways the association can develop technology-based ideas to serve as a benefit to the membership.  Task Force members will be researching and discussing multiple technologically-based items during their tenure as well as participating in ISPA's social media endeavors.  The term is approximately 8 months. Focus Group Task Force- This group will be working on various tasks that the board has considered in order to help us make the best decisions for the association.  Task Force members will be presented with a topic that is being considered or reviewed by the ISPA Board and will be asked for reactions and ideas to help assist with the decision-making process.  The term is approximately 8 months. Speaker Selection Task Force -This group is responsible for creating the education agenda for the 2010 ISPA Conference & Expo. Task force members will analyze post-Conference attendee education survey results, review all speaker applications submitted to ISPA and make recommendations to the ISPA Board of Directors for speakers to include in the Conference education program.
