Ella Stimpson

Ella Stimpson is the executive director of spa and salon operations at the five-star and five-diamond Wynn Spa and Salon and Encore Spa and Salon at Wynn Las Vegas. In her role she expertly plans and coordinates detailed tasks within stringent quality standards, hard deadlines and tough budgetary requirements.

Prior to her role at Wynn Las Vegas, Stimpson served as an officer in the U.S. Army spending five years in Arizona, Korea, Italy and Georgia as an intelligence officer. After the birth of her children she earned a post-baccalaureate degree in elementary education and taught 4^th, 6^th and 7^th grades. She went on to earn a master's degree in administration, curriculum and development. A passion for fitness led her to the spa industry where she began a nine-year tenure at The Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. Under Stimpson's leadership The Broadmoor Spa earned a five-star rating on the Forbes Travel Guide.
