GIFT RECOGNITION LEVELS

The ISPA Foundation created the following gift recognition levels to recognize and celebrate the generous commitments made by Foundation supporters.  All donor levels are cumulative and annual gift levels are based upon calendar year giving (January 1 through December 31).  An individual, couple, corporation, foundation or organization may be recognized under the gift recognition levels.

Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law and may be designated to one of the following areas of giving:  Education & Outreach Fund, Mary Tabacchi Scholarship Fund, Ruth Stricker Spa & Wellness Award or the Dr. Howard Murad Research Grant Fund.

Annual Gift Recognition Levels

Annual Recognition

Friend  ($50 to $999)

• Acknowledgement at the ISPA Conference & Expo
• Special supporter ribbon at the ISPA Conference & Expo
• Individual/company recognition in Pulse and on the Foundation Web site (inclusion of logo for corporate donors)
• Invitations to Foundation events
• Friend of the Foundation pin
• Tax deduction and other financial benefits for donors in the United States

Advocate*   ($1,000 to $9,999)

• Complimentary registration fee for one ISPA Knowledge Network

Patron*   ($10,000 to $24,999)

• Complimentary registration fees for two ISPA Knowledge Networks

Lifetime Recognition

Benefactor*  ($25,000 to $99,999)

• Opportunity to sponsor the development of an educational textbook
• Press release highlighting the contribution (inclusion of logo for corporate donors)
• Complimentary registration fees for three ISPA Knowledge Networks

Luminary*      ($100,000 to $499,999)

• Personalized endowment or scholarship fund named on behalf of the donor in perpetuity. The fund name will be recommended by the donor and approved by the ISPA Foundation Board

• Complimentary registration fees for ISPA Knowledge Networks and the ISPA Conference & Expo for one year

Altruist*   ($500,000 and above)

• Opportunity to create a new initiative relating to the ISPA Foundation's mission
• Acknowledgement at the ISPA Conference & Expo opening ceremony and the opportunity to speak at the Conference
• Opportunity to meet with the ISPA Foundation board members to discuss initiatives and future programs
• Lifetime ISPA membership
• Lifetime complimentary Knowledge Network and ISPA Conference & Expo registration fees
