ISPA AND WAGEWATCH WORK TOGETHER
TO ADDRESS COMPENSATION

LEXINGTON, KY – The International SPA Association partners with WageWatch, Inc. to offer a new member benefit that addresses one of the spa industry’s most pressing issues –
compensation. This partnership, the first of its kind for the spa industry, provides ISPA members with a free online tool that allows them to search and compare compensation and benefit information from the convenience of their computer.

“ISPA members consistently say compensation is a key challenge for them. And, this important member benefit will help build their business and sustain the entire industry,” said ISPA President Lynne Walker McNees. ”There’s no doubt that WageWatch’s online Spa Industry Compensation & Benefits Survey will help ISPA and its members set industry benchmarks for compensation.”

Available complimentary to ISPA spa members through Dec. 31, 2005, WageWatch, Inc. allows you to:
· Compare your data to the market and view your competitive position
· Create customized industry, benchmark and market-specific reports online that are current, instead of printed reports that quickly become outdated
· Generate an unlimited number of reports
· Print survey reports directly from your computer or download into Microsoft Excel
· Compile information in the currencies of four countries – Canada, Singapore, Taiwan and the United States
· Access information on more than 30 spa positions
