Supervisory Skill Builders for the Spa Industry
The International SPA Association and the ISPA Foundation recognize that with the rapid growth in the spa industry, education is extremely important in order for clients to receive a quality spa experience and for the industry to continue to thrive. To advance education, ISPA and the ISPA Foundation have developed the landmark Supervisory Skill Builders and Certified Spa Supervisor programs, which will arm supervisors with the skills needed to succeed.
These programs are for individuals who are beginning a spa management career or current spa supervisors seeking supervisory level education. Designed for all types of spas worldwide, they can be self-taught or taught in groups and are both current educational tools and future reference materials. The Supervisory Skill Builders are available in both English and Chinese.
ISPA and the ISPA Foundation developed this program in conjunction with The Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association. For 50 years, the Educational Institute has been the premier source for providing industry-tested, research-driven hospitality training resources worldwide.
