2008 ISPA Exhibitor Placement Schedule

Your primary member contact will receive an e-mail letting you know it's time to fill out your exhibitor booth application online. In case for any number of reasons you do not receive your e-mail on your designated placement date (see below), the booth application link will be live on our Web site under the Exhibitor section (Events/Annual Conference/Exhibitors). The link will appear on this page at 2:00 p.m. EDT on the designated dates below.  Please adhere to your designated placement date.  Any breach of schedule will result in delayed placement.

Once you receive the e-mail or go to the Web site, use the link included to complete your application. All online exhibitor booth applications will be placed in time/date order, which we will follow to assign booths. You should then receive an e-mail that confirms your booth application has been successfully submitted. ISPA cannot guarantee space for every member; however, we will work to accommodate as many companies as possible. A wait list will be set up for those who cannot immediately be accommodated.

ISPA Resource Partner Member placement

Sponsors and multiple-time advertisers receive priority booth placement.  If you are interested in sponsoring or advertising in Pulse please contact Laurel Cassidy.

All exhibitors must be current ISPA resource partner members and be in good financial standing with the association.  All exhibitor booth applications will arrive via e-mail according to the placement timeline listed above.  Booths will be assigned according to the time/date order in which your booth application is received.  Final deadline for booth payment is Friday, September 5, 2008.

2008 Exhibitor Reminders

• ISPA encourages business-to-business relations, however absolutely no selling is permitted on the exhibit hall floor.
• ISPA requires all ISPA exhibitors to be members of the association and therefore does not allow booth sharing.
