The ISPA Foundation, ISPA and other vital supporters have partnered to create Retail Management for Spas: The Art & Science of Retail, which is a course designed to provide spa professionals with the retail education needed to succeed. The Retail Management course consists of the ISPA Foundation’s Retail Management for Spas textbook and ISPA’s Retail Management for Spas exam, that when successfully completed, will provide a certificate of completion for the course.
Retail Management for Spas explores the art and science of retail and provides essential business information on retail strategies, planning, management and administration. It also uses a variety of case studies, stories, learning activities and quizzes, which help illustrate the concepts and lessons being presented.

2. Determine how you would like to take the exam by choosing your testing location.
3. Complete the exam application.
