Welcome to the 2008 SPA Compensation Survey

ISPA has partnered with WageWatch, Inc., the leading web-based compensation and benefits company, to be the provider of a survey designed exclusively for spa facilities. This survey is unlike other wage and salary surveys – it gathers and reports on wage, salary, commission, fee-per-service, and benefits information for 30 key spa industry jobs. It offers the flexibility, convenience, efficiency, competitive pricing, and dependability that ISPA members have requested. The survey is currently active in the United States and will be expanded to other parts of the world in 2008.

How to Participate

To jump-start your survey, we are asking you to provide data for up to 30 key spa positions.  In return, you will have current compensation data within days of your data submission and the ability to customize your comparator groups made up of other spa survey participants.

Participating is easy, simply click on the 'start survey' button to access a downloadable file of instructions and data input forms. You will have three ways to submit data: by mail, by fax, or by e-mail. Subscription payment section of forms must be filled out to participate.  As an ISPA member, participate now and receive a $200 discount - simply submit your wage and salary data and begin your first step to learning how well your compensation program stacks up against the competition.
