Members – As a member of the association, you receive e-mail communications about upcoming events, sponsorship/advertising opportunities, membership renewal notices, etc. Please note: we will never ask you to submit your personal information or credit card information via e-mail. If you receive an e-mail that appears to be from ISPA that solicits this information, please forward it to ispa@ispastaff.com so we can investigate the source.

Nonmembers – Occasionally, ISPA sends e-mails to spa industry professionals about important educational opportunities and industry news. If you have opted-out of these messages or you’ve never submitted your e-mail address to ISPA yet receive an e-mail that appears to be from ISPA, please forward it to ispa@ispastaff.com so we can investigate the source.
