 | Lori Wood joined the Resort Hotel Association (RHA) in 2005 as VP of Insurance Operations. Her career includes 12 years of risk management experience, including the last five working exclusively with resorts, hotels and spas. Lori's responsibilities include the development and management of RHA member insurance products and risk management programs. Lori lives in Virginia with her husband, John, and many loved pets. |
 | Tony Hirsch is the Director of Claims and Loss Control for RHA. He has over 28 years of claims and risk management experience; the last 21 years have been focused on the management of liability and property claims for the resort industry. Tony is responsible for all claims and loss control handling and for developing specific loss control programs, including spa exposures and liability releases. He resides in New Hampshire with his wife Louise and their two children, Jane and Julie. |
