REGISTER
Thank you to those who attended the 2012 ISPA Conference & Expo. The 2013 ISPA Conference & Expo will take place Oct. 21-23 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Registration will open in the Spring of 2013.
ELIGIBLE REGISTRANTS
Spa, corporate spa headquarters, corporate spa links, spas under development, students, transitional, travel or educators may register to attend the ISPA Conference & Expo. Resource partners who qualify as a service provider may also register. To qualify as a service provider, the individual or business must have a primary focus on providing a service to spa professionals and may not produce or sell products or equipment within the spa industry. Examples of service providers include consultants, educational institutions, architects/designers, international and domestic bulk product buyers and investors. In order to protect the investment of exhibitors and sponsors, all resource partners who do not fall within the service provider subcategory must exhibit or be a sponsor at the ISPA Conference & Expo to attend the event.

| Full Conference - First Member Registrant | Includes General Sessions, Professional Development Sessions, Expo, Wednesday Evening Event, Morning Refreshers, Energy Breaks, Relaxation Area, lunches and networking functions. |
| Full Conference - Member Additional Registrants | Reduced fee for each person after first registrant. Additional registrant must be an auxiliary member of ISPA. All registrants must be employed at same property. Includes admittance to all functions listed for the first registrant above. |
| Day Pass | Limit two days per registrant. Includes General Sessions, Professional Development Sessions, Expo, Morning Refreshers, Energy Breaks, Relaxation Area, lunches and networking functions for the day of the pass. |
| Expo-only Pass | Available to members only. Can be purchased for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Limit two passes per ISPA member company. Each registrant must be an ISPA member. Does not include access to General Sessions, Professional Development Sessions, Morning Refreshers, Energy Breaks or Relaxation Area. Tickets for the Wednesday Evening Event can be purchased separately. |
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the 2012 ISPA Conference & Expo must be received in writing by August 30, 2012 to be considered for a refund. Cancellations made after August 30, 2012 will not receive a refund. No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.
