Who should attend the ISPA Conference & Expo?

Spa professionals, educators and students interested in learning about the latest trends and product offerings within the spa industry should attend. The ISPA Conference is filled with top-notch educational sessions and is the premiere event for companies to launch new spa products and equipment. 

Can resource partners/vendors who do not exhibit attend the ISPA Conference & Expo? 

ISPA resource partner members who qualify as a service provider may register to attend. To qualify as a service provider, the individual or business must have a primary focus on providing a service to spa professionals and may not produce or sell products or equipment within the spa industry. Examples of service providers include consultants, educational institutions, architects/designers and investors. In order to protect the investment of exhibitors and sponsors, all resource partners who do not fall within the service provider subcategory must exhibit or be a sponsor at the 2012 ISPA Conference & Expo to attend the event. Nonmember resource partners are not eligible to attend.

Who should I contact with questions regarding eligibility to attend the Conference as a resource partner?

Who can register for the Super Early Bird rate available April 3 - 17?

All ISPA members who qualify as eligible registrants may register under the Super Early Bird rate April 3 - 17. The Super Early Bird rate is not available to nonmembers and is not valid with any other discounts or offers.

If I register under the Super Early Bird rate and want to add additional registrants from my company after the Super Early Bird deadline on April 17, what rate do they receive? 

Each additional registrant from your company would receive the second person rate that is available at the time you register each of them individually. They do not receive the Super Early Bird second person rate if the deadline has already passed. 

Are group discounts available?

Group discounts are available to spas or corporate spa headquarters registering more than 10 individuals. To discuss group package options, pleas contact ispa@ispastaff.com or call 1.859.219.3539. 

When will I receive my badge?

All of your registration materials may be picked up when you check in on-site at the 2012 ISPA Conference & Expo in Kissimmee, FL. The registration hours are as follows:
    
Sunday, Oct. 14:            8 am - 6 pm
Monday, Oct. 15:            7 am - 5 pm
Tuesday, Oct. 16:          7 am - 6:30 pm
Wednesday, Oct. 17:    7 am - 5 pm  

What is your registration cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received in writing by August 30, 2012 to be considered for a refund. Cancellations made after August 30, 2012 will not receive a refund. No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.
