MASTER VENDOR TRAINING SESSIONS

Thanks to ResortSuite for participating in the Master Vendor Training Sessions and helping us create the "must attend" spa industry event! Check back in February for information on the 2012 ISPA Conference & Expo which will be held October 15-17, 2012 at the Gaylord Palms in sunny Kissimmee, FL.

  

Master Vendor Training Sessions 

ISPA resource partners had the ability to secure special training space on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 to conduct hands-on training with their clients or prospective clients. The purpose of these sessions is to offer resource partners/vendors the opportunity to educate clients, prospective clients or Conference attendees on their product.

Who is eligible to conduct a Master Vendor Training Session?

Any resource partner member may purchase a classroom. To learn more, contact Courtney Hacker at 1.859.226.4372.

How much does it cost to reserve a training space?

It will be $2,500 for a training space including chairs. A/V and additional items are extra and are at session holder's expense.

If I secure a training session space only and do not exhibit or sponsor anything, can I attend Conference?

No. Resource partners/vendors must exhibit in the Expo or be a Conference sponsor in order to attend Conference.

What is the format for these sessions?

The format is truly up to you. The timeframe for the sessions is 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sunday. You can conduct as many sessions as you want within this four-hour block. The classroom set-up is also up to you. However, classroom set-up will affect the number of attendees able to attend your session.

Examples of session formats:

• One four-hour session

• Two 90-minute sessions with a break in-between

• Eight 30-minute demonstrations

Who can I invite to my training session?

You can invite anyone you choose. You can select current clients, prospective clients or a mixture of both. You can also open it up to all Conference attendees. You can select how many or how few you wish to invite*.

*Room capacity limits do apply.

Will ISPA market these sessions?

Who you invite and how you market your session is up to you. However, if you do choose to open your room up to all attendees, ISPA will include it as an option on the Conference agenda. Other marketing efforts are the responsibility of the session holder.
