AUCTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You must agree to the terms below and click the agree button to proceed to the donor form.

I agree to donate the item(s) as stated to the International SPA Association Foundation. I agree to transfer the item and/or fulfill any travel package or gift certificate requirements to the purchaser. In addition, I agree:

All donations, certificates and questions should be directed to:

• That donations must have a minimum retail value of $50.00 (US).
• That all tangible items and/or certificates must be sent to the ISPA address listed below to be included on the ISPA Web site, printed materials and the onsite Conference events.
• That, in order to be considered an "Earlybird Donation" and receive the benefits described to such donations, this form must be completed by June 11, 2010.
• That, in order to be considered for inclusion in the ISPA Foundation Live Auction, this form must be completed and your items submitted to the ISPA headquarters by Oct. 8, 2010.
• That any certificates must be valid through at least December 31, 2011.
• That it will be the responsibility of the donor to ship tangible items directly to the high bidder if the tangible item was not provided to the ISPA Foundation headquarters.
• That the ISPA Foundation reserves the right to edit descriptive information for length and content.
• That any display materials will become the property of the ISPA Foundation, unless donor requests that they be returned.
• Tangible items received after Oct. 8, 2010 will not be included in the onsite auction catalog and may be listed in an auction addendum.
• That donations whose tangible items and/or certificates are not provided by the event date will be removed from the Silent or Live Auction.
