How do I register to attend the 2009 ISPA Conference & Expo?
You can register on-line or request a hard copy registration form by calling ISPA at 1.859.226.4326 or toll free 1.888.651.ISPA (4772) or e-mail ispa@ispastaff.com.

Can I register on-site?
Yes. On-site registration will be open daily beginning Sunday, Oct. 4 thru Thursday, Oct. 8. However, discounts apply for attendees who register prior to the Early Bird registration deadline, Aug. 28.

How can I become a speaker or presenter at the 2009 ISPA Conference & Expo?
The 2009 call for presentations has closed.  However, in December we will be accepting applications for the 2010 Conference.  Please check back at that time.

How many exhibitors are expected to exhibit at the 2009 ISPA Expo?
Approximately 200 ISPA resource partner companies will exhibit at the Expo in 2009.

Are there any rules regarding the open night for hospitality that I should be aware of?
Tuesday evening is the only night available for a hospitality function, and to host one of these functions you must be a 2009 ISPA Conference sponsor or exhibitor. Hospitality functions are not permitted by the association during scheduled ISPA Conference hours, and any such event will be closed. This includes retail and treatment areas set up within a suite, which would deter business from other events during Conference. This rule applies to all Conference attendees, whether or not you have a booth in the ISPA Expo. If you are a Conference sponsor or exhibitor interested in planning a hospitality event on Tuesday night, please contact ispa@ispastaff.com.

Is selling permitted at the ISPA Expo?
ISPA encourages business-to-business relations, however absolutely NO SELLING is permitted at the Expo. Orders may be taken on-site, but must be fulfilled and finalized once you return to your office.

Can I bring my children to Conference activities?
Children are welcome at the Expo, meals and all conference areas. While babies will likely be happiest with their mothers, older children might enjoy other activities with a loved one while their parent attends a session.

• Please be mindful of other Professional Development Session attendees and speaker.
• Please bring only quiet toys into a Professional Development Session.  
• Bring a sweater or blanket for your child and for yourself, as temperatures fluctuate from room to room and during the day. 
• Strollers are permitted at the conference. Many parents find slings, front- or backpacks helpful for carrying baby.
