Further, she realized that many of these individuals were frustrated by the overwhelming amount of information that was contradicting, unclear and misleading when it came to healthy living.  As a result, Brett saw a need to provide individuals with the right tools and information to make living healthy, easy and fun.  Committed to providing clear and concise information, Brett has single-handedly grown the site to over 145,000 visitors a month, and all without any advertising dollars.

Retail Techniques To Help You Work Smarter, Not Harder

A self-described Colorescience addict, Gryniuk joined the company 2004 as National Marketing and PR Director. Her enthusiasm for the beauty industry started much earlier.  First, at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa in Dallas, Texas, as the Retail Manager and then Assistant General Manager.   From there she was recruited to the Four Seasons Resort and Club, also in Dallas, as the Assistant Spa and Salon Director.  Ready to come home to her native Southern California, as the Retail Manager position for the world-renowned Montage Resort & Spa in Laguna Beach.  It was a massive undertaking, but the first month out of the gate, they sold upwards of $95,000 in retail.  After leaving Montage, she went out on her own as a brand and merchandising consultant.
