July 15

You should have received your GES exhibitor kit by mail. The kit includes all information necessary for preparing your booth.

July 31

Submit final payment for your booth and/or sponsorship before the July 31 deadline. You will receive your final invoice by mail in July.

Aug. 1

It's easy to promote your business while at Conference. Submit the below information online to get started.

Submit your 75-word company description for use in printed materials and on the ISPA Web site.

Launching a new product at Conference? Complete your product description and information on new products you are launching at Conference.

Update your Products & Services Listing.

Complete your updates by logging on to the ISPA Web site and choosing My Membership Account/Membership Information.

Aug. 15  

Increase your company's exposure at Conference by donating to the ISPA Foundation Silent Auction. All donations are tax deductible and the proceeds from the auction help to build the ISPA Foundation's research and educational initiatives. Donors whose forms are received by Sept. 1 will be listed in the Auction Catalog, which will be distributed at Conference. Donations can be made online.

Aug. 26  

Join the online exhibitor webinar at 2 p.m. EST to get the most out of your Expo experience.

Sept. 18

Order your lead retrieval system, Austin Convention Center items (e.g. electricity) and GES decorations by this date in order to receive discounted pricing. Your exhibitor kit received in July will include information about ordering these items and services.

Register your show staff for Conference online using the instructions you will receive in an August e-mail.

October

While at Conference, attend the new on-site exhibitor orientation filled with exhibiting tips and other useful Conference information to assure that you receive the maximum value from your investment.
